Employee Benefits:
Some of our public employer clients participate in the Grinspec Group Insurance Trust, allowing groups to join together for fully insured dental, prescription drug, vision and medical coverage. All coverages are placed with highly rated insurance carriers that are significant players in New Jersey. The concept is different from the State Health Benefits Program in that individual groups are rated separately when entering the Trust. Their claim experience and demographics are taken into consideration when establishing rates. The idea is to spread risk among all members in order to predict future renewals.
